Single cell genomics in anti-tumor immunity
The anti-tumor immune response is a complex multi-step process that involves multiple cell types across a spectrum of functional states. Currently, it is not understood why anti-tumor immunity fails in individual patients and thus no targeted therapeutic interception can be undertaken to re-invigorate an individual patient’s anti-tumor immune response when failing current therapeutic regimens.
In this project we aim to chart the anti-tumor immune response with the ultimate aim of guiding therapeutic interceptions to promote anti-tumor immunity in a patient-specific manner.
